Our Process for Installing Christmas Lights in Raleigh NC
DESIGN
We can design for your based on minimum standards and what’s popular (no additional charge), OR you can tell us what you want and we’ll provide a custom mock-up and pricing.
SCHEDULE
Once the design is finalized, we will schedule the service for installation based on a first-come, first serve basis, current available scheduling, and Thanksgiving.
Please be aware: The most requested installation date is “any day the week before Thanksgiving.”
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate all clients in 1 week, so some will have to be put on weeks or more before Thanksgiving.
In this scenario, if you do not wish to have your lights on so early, we will still hang the lights, but we simply advise leaving the timer in the OFF position until you are ready.
INSTALLATION
Our trained technicians will show up on time as scheduled and get to work!
All lights will be custom-cut to fit YOUR house seamlessly. Extension lines and additional cables will be neatly tucked away to be less visible.
And everything will be tied into timers for a hands-off Holiday Season for you!
48-HOUR LIGHTS-ON GUARENTEE:
We have a 48-hour lights-on guarantee.
If your lights go down for any reason (i.e. bulbs stop working, lines fall down, etc), we will return within 48 hours to fix or replace the issue.

TAKEDOWN
We will return in January to take the lights down.
Scheduling for this takedown date can happen when scheduling your installation, so it's one less thing to worry about.
OFF-SEASON STORAGE
We will store the lights at our shop, at no additional charge to you.
And there is no obligation to hire us in the future. Should you choose to not hire us for future services, you will not be penalized.
But, should you hire us the following season, your lights will be ready to go!
